He Is Risen….Just Like He Said….Sins Forgiven To Those Who Believe

Painted by Michael Bird this painting shows the amazing strength, power, love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
He died on the cross to pay our debt and buy our membership to Heaven, and provide the gift of Eternal Life…..He showed it by raising from the dead, defeating death, it has no hold those who believe in Him.
John 2:19….One day standing in front of the temple Jesus said “destroy this temple and I will raise it again in 3 days”. Those near Him, the religious people of the day, argued “it took 46 years to build this temple, and you are going to rebuild it in 3 days”. They didn’t realize He was talking about His own body.
Early Sunday morning Mary Magdalene and Mary Jesus mother came to the tomb where He laid, but found the tomb empty. A man (the Angel of the Lord) said “who is it that you are looking for” and they said “Jesus”. The man replied in…(Matthew 28:4)…. “He is not here He is risen like He said”.
Jesus beat death, death had no hold on Him, He died for us, to pay our debt and purchase our membership into Heaven.
His mercy grace, love and forgiveness are shown in this picture as He lifts up this man (us), it’s such a beautiful moment.
The true meaning of Easter is that God loved us enough to send His Son Jesus, to pay the debts, for our sins, and provide Eternal Life……This amazing gift has been paid for…..Forgive
Thank You Jesus For Paying Our Membership Into Heaven
This Easter weekend is the most important for Christians. It’s one thing to lay down your life for others, but it’s completely different to do it for those who don’t care for you.
Thank you Jesus for laying down your life so that those who believe in You would have eternal life.

PPG Joins Us For The 9th Season
Over the years I have painted my race cars rather than wrap them. Not only is painting a car cheaper, the bodies are easy to clean with solvent or gasoline. A wrap, if you get a donut on the door or quarter panel, is destroyed. Gets curled up and needs to be cut out and re-wrapped.
PPG supplies the paint, all additives to mix the paint and for the rubber bumpers adhesion promoter. When thee AP is used it prevents the paint from pealing if it gets cracked.
PPG is sold in most aftermarket stores that supply paint and supplies.
The finish on my cars with PPG paint is perfect.
The past 2 season our car has been painted by PYE Chevrolet’s body shop. Ian does fantastic work preparing and spraying the car.

My Dad was a welder for the Boiler Makers Union for most of his life. He never failed a welding test for a location he was sent to by the Boiler Makers Union. His weld samples were put on display at the BMU Head Office in Toronto when he was at the top of his welding career.

Most Popular Driver…….Runner Up Best Appearing Car TCM Awards
I am very happy and excited that we won the TCM Maritime Most Popular Driver award. These awards included Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and PEI. There were many racers involved.
We won the fan vote for Best Appearing Car, but then a panel of judges selected Ashton Tucker of New Brunswick the winner of that award, and we ended up second. We had 39% of the fan votes.
Thank you to all those who voted for our team and congrats to those who were nominated out of the hundreds of teams in the Maritimes.

Jim Hallahan Crosses The Finish Line…God Comfort His Family & Friends
I finally got to meet Jim this past summer at Scotia Speedworld. The race was in Jim’s honor, the Jim Hallahan 250. What a beautiful person he was.
I was fortunate as a teenager to watch Jim race the #33 at Pinecrest Speedway. He was a top runner always chasing the checker flag and winning many races. Jim left Ontario to race in the Maritimes and is a member of the Maritime Stock Car Hall Of Fame.
Jim’s grandson Tyler pitted for me this year, making all 8 races, taking the roll of spotter and doing an excellent job.
