The past few weeks have been very busy for me with 2 cars, doing shows and raising funds for our team. ”
On July 16th there were 17 cars for the 75 lap Dash for Cash. we Qualified 15th, stayed on the lead lap in the feature and finished 11th.
On Saturday July 19th, the biggest race of the year to date, we started the feature on the tires from July 16th and could not keep up, of course everyone else was on new tires and
our tires had over 85 laps on them….budget issue. We only completed 75 of 250 laps in the big race finishing 23rd of 25 cars.
On July 26th we had new tires. We finished 3rd in our heat race, our best heat finish this year and starting 18th finished 11th in the 150 lap feature only one lap down.
We almost completed every lap but there was no damage to the car and for that I am very thankful.
